Using FeedDemon's Cleanup Wizard

1. To start the wizard, click on Tools -> Cleanup Wizard…
   

   
   

   
   

   
   

   Select Everything, All folders, All watches or All clippings, then click Next.
   

   
   

2. You will be presented with Options:
   

   
   

   
   

   
   

   Remove items more than xx days old: Deletes any post from the section(s) chosen on the initial screen that is older than the number of days specified.
   

   
   

   Keep only the most recent xxx items: Deletes all posts over the given quantity from each feed, watch, and/or clipping.
   

   
   

   Don't remove unread items and Don't remove flagged item: The wizard will not delete posts with the selected states
   

   
   

   You can select any or all of the above criteria. Click Next when you are satisfied with your criteria.
   

   
   

3. Click Finish to start the Cleanup Wizard.
